Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or moving an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us at least 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a portion of the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This fee is waived you find another person to take the appointment. If you cancel 24 hours to 12 hours before the appointment start time the fee is $40 per hour scheduled. If you cancel 12 hours to one hour before the appointment start time the fee is $70 per hour scheduled. If you give 1 hour or less the fee is $90 per hour scheduled.

No-shows
If the appointment is canceled after the start time or you do not show, that requires full payment of all services scheduled. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Terms

*Canceling is when an appointment is removed or moved to a later date/time. Changing an appointment is changing the service, to a lesser cost or time service, than what was originally scheduled. (Example: a 90 min massage is scheduled. If this appointment is changed to a 30 min massage you will be charged the cancelation fee for the 60 minutes that were canceled depending on the time the change occurred.)
